Senior FP&A leader at a $500M ARR SaaS business. I own global topline forecasting accurate within 3–5% of actuals and built the unit economics framework the company reports on today.
I've built finance teams from scratch and led them through a multi-product transformation and multiple acquisition integrations. That work teaches you what breaks as a company scales — the models, the processes, the reporting infrastructure — and what has to be rebuilt to support the next stage.
The part of the job I find most energizing is the earliest version of that problem: standing up the forecasting, the reporting foundation, and the team before any of it exists yet.
