What I'm looking for

I'm eager to contribute to growing remote teams.

At Almacén Juan Montero Cía. Ltda., I led the negotiation and opening of a new Quito branch. After its May 2025 pilot and June contract, the branch grew to seven employees and monthly billing increased from $60,000 to $150,000-$200,000.

I worked in Odoo across customers, inventory, invoicing and imports, and implemented warehouse control for the new branch. I also designed workflows for inventory, sales commissions, returns and warranties, with standardized procedures and documentation.

At Novalighting Cía. Ltda., I reviewed supplier, public-works, sales and distribution contracts, focusing on delivery, payment, penalty and guarantee clauses. I supported the Guayaquil team remotely and reviewed agreements involving suppliers in Colombia, the United States and China.

At Gottifredi Pozo Abogados, I supported administrative claims to recover customs duties overpaid to the Ecuadorian Customs Service, calculating amounts by declaration and tariff item. I hold a law degree and an MBA, and have used English in negotiations and contract review.
