At Desigual Ecuador, I grew from Vendedora to Asistente administrativa and Encargada de tienda. As one of two people responsible for the store, I supervised a team of three at Quicentro and covered Scala.
I organized the team to reach 101% of the store target, which increased by 10% each year. I also participated in hiring and departures, resolved customer and staff conflicts, and supported inventory audits.
As an administrative assistant, I prepared daily sales and KPI reports and compared sales across years to help project targets. I used SAP, Tableu, Zebra terminals, and PDAs for store and inventory processes.
