At DOM.RF Bank, I lead database development and engineering for appraisal-unit services, integrations, and data quality in a regulated banking environment.

I manage a team of up to eight specialists, translate stakeholder needs into roadmaps and solution architecture, and oversee delivery from design through production support. My work includes Python backends, API contours, Oracle and PostgreSQL, ETL, parsers, desktop utilities, and integration reliability.

I've established shared architecture standards, controlled releases, and pipelines that reduce manual operations. I work hands-on with GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, code review, observability, and SLO-oriented operations.

Across fintech, analytics, and product development, I've also built corporate assessment and reporting platforms, external settlement-service integrations, high-volume batch processes, and independent products including a VPN ecosystem and an online game. I'm focused on leading projects, products, and teams rather than development alone.
