What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in affordable housing, real estate analysis, capital structuring, and financial modeling to projects that expand housing opportunities and require close collaboration with lenders, investors, and development partners.

At Housing for All Development, I structure capital stacks and evaluate affordable housing acquisition, rehabilitation, and ground-up development opportunities across the United States.

I've built internal proformas for residential and mixed-use multifamily projects, forecast portfolio income and operating expenses, and assess property risks, zoning, and relevant legislation. I work closely with HUD lenders, tax-exempt bond underwriters, USDA lenders, and LIHTC syndicators while managing capital-markets relationships, compliance, and audit work.

Previously, at Housing on Merit and Ariel Property Advisors, I analyzed multifamily and commercial real estate across the country and New York City, including income, expenses, comparable properties, zoning, air rights, and marketing materials.

My earlier work includes managing more than 250 immigration business-plan projects through completion and visa approval, leading a team of four consultants, and preparing financial forecasts, market analyses, and investor presentations. I'm bilingual in English and Serbian, with a finance and marketing background.
