Led a team of 25 domestic and international professionals across multiple countries, managing real estate valuation engagements for 50+ clients spanning all major property types. Served an elite client base including global banks, multinational corporations, public governmental agencies, and sovereign wealth funds such as the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

Oversaw $500MM in assets across development, management, and ownership, with direct accountability for underwriting, asset performance, and strategic technology implementation. Built a furnished apartment business from the ground up in under three months, generating $300,000 in additional revenue.

Created financial models for 1st and 2nd non-performing, sub-performing, and performing loans; led monthly review of 50+ bankruptcy filings. Managed all research and due diligence for the organization, including extensive title review of attached/unattached liens and encumbrances.

Quarterly valuation for a $16.1MM senior secured term loan to a bankruptcy-remote SPE with a pool of 350+ sub/non-performing whole loans.
