At Platica, I managed and optimized the core B2B AI platform while designing AI agents, automated workflows, and vector search pipelines with ChromaDB. I also built an end-to-end bug-triage agent connecting Platica AI, Notion, Cursor, and GitHub.

Previously at Softtek, I migrated a legacy university NLP chatbot to GPT-4 through the Azure OpenAI API, improving response quality for thousands of active students. I built React-based chatbot applications, integrated university APIs, and introduced frontend TDD, component testing, and Storybook documentation.

I've delivered full-stack applications across React, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, Oracle, and Google APIs, including tools for lean manufacturing, inventory auditing, and student hiring. I also helped teams adopt Git, GitLab workflows, and automated email and push notifications.

Alongside product work, I taught web development and application security using React, Astro, and Angular. I enjoy building reliable systems, improving developer workflows, and applying AI to practical problems.
