I am a technical support and systems professional with decades of experience in customer service, computing systems administration, project coordination and HSSE supervision across telecommunications, IT hardware support and fuel station construction projects. I have held roles from international call operator and Dell L1 technician to technical support representative for DSL/Cable/VoIP/IPTV and served as HSSE supervisor and resident engineer on Shell service station projects in El Salvador and Nicaragua.
