Across LIQUID S.A.S. and my consulting work, I’ve advised on a portfolio of projects valued above USD 3 billion, including capital raising, business valuation, and operational transformation. At LIQUID S.A.S., I’ve also advised on sell-side engagements, including deal structuring and buyer negotiations for a media and events group in the mining sector.
Earlier, at Grupo Avantex S.A. de C.V., I owned financial reporting, forecast modeling, and cost budgeting, and established business intelligence solutions for financial reporting. I’m focused on applying technology and process digitalization to financial reporting and decision-making.
