What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine pharmaceutical knowledge with pharmacovigilance/quality work and patient education, while using my communication and customer-service strengths to support clients and teams. I want an environment that values initiative and learning.

I’m a pharmaceutical chemist with experience across clinical and research-focused work, including pharmaceutical care, pharmacovigilance, and medical device surveillance. I’m curious, flexible, and open-minded, with a strong ability to learn quickly and share what I know to help solve problems.

In clinical settings, I’ve worked on active search for signs of unsafe care, supported medication reconciliation follow-up, and contributed to quality control activities— including quality audits for sterile medication processes and medicinal gases. I also focus on patient education around the use of medications and medical devices.

Alongside my technical background, I bring sales and customer service strengths from client acquisition and retention roles in the U.S. market, plus translation and administrative support. I enjoy taking the first step, communicating clearly in English, and staying accountable through tracking, calls, and follow-ups.
