I bring a unique combination of diverse experiences and a growth mindset to every opportunity I pursue. As an immigrant from South Korea, I’ve faced challenges that have only strengthened my resolve and drive. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently set ambitious goals and achieved them. For instance, I became the youngest financial service representative in my district while attending university, balancing academics and work, which taught me the value of perseverance and time management.
I further developed my leadership and interpersonal skills as the President of the Korean Canadian Students Association, where I led a team and organized numerous events, expanding my ability to connect with people and engage in meaningful conversations. Later, I co-founded an international business, Sitwidseoul, right after graduation, where I was responsible for the entire business cycle—from marketing to finances—showing my versatility in both entrepreneurship and leadership.
My sales career is another testament to my drive and ability to achieve. I was promoted from a Business Development Representative to Account Executive within my first 6 months of outbound sales, thanks to my focus on results and my ability to build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, my passion as an educator has refined my communication skills; I've taught over 300 professionals and C-suite executives, gaining valuable insights on both a personal and professional level that few others have the opportunity to experience.
