I am Albert, a Software Quality Engineer with extensive experience in manual and automation testing. I have a proven track record of ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications throughout the software development life cycle. With a strong background in both manual and automation testing, I have successfully planned and executed test sprints, provided feedback to project managers, and performed various types of testing, including regression testing and exploratory testing.
During my tenure at Zapper Development, I played a key role in the testing of the Zapper mobile payments application. I was responsible for writing new test cases, reporting bugs, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues. I also have experience in using tools such as Fiddler, Crashlytics, and Azure DevOps, as well as SQL for test data manipulation and bug troubleshooting.
Prior to Zapper Development, I worked at Sage Pay Pty Ltd (formerly Netcash) as a test engineer. In this role, I was involved in requirements testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing. I also managed the staging environment and performed deployments to the production environment. Additionally, I have experience in using tools such as Firebug and VMware.
