I've led the architecture, procurement, and implementation of ICT components supporting Jamaica's national health infrastructure, including EHR deployments across hospitals and health centres. I also reviewed hardware and infrastructure at more than 100 health facilities to guide a national upgrade initiative.

At Jamaica's Ministry of Health and Wellness, I led integration and business process design for national COVID-19 response systems, migrated DIVOC from AWS to eGov Jamaica's on-premises servers, and managed CommCare administration, training, and support. My work supported vaccination workflows, user acceptance testing, Power BI reporting, and technology for electronic capture of vaccination data.

Across RESEMBID, Advantum, and independent consulting engagements, I've turned stakeholder needs into specifications, workflows, enterprise system implementations, and usable digital platforms. I bring more than a decade of experience in requirements engineering, business process mapping, procurement, stakeholder validation, monitoring and evaluation, and hybrid project delivery.
