I've led digital transformation and IT consulting engagements for PwC Jamaica across the Caribbean, supporting clients including the National Land Agency, NCBA, Sagicor Group, RJR Group, PICA, MIIC, ANSA MCAL, and CINICO. My work has included business process reengineering, target operating model assessments, customer journey mapping, architecture diagrams, digital readiness assessments, and vendor selection.

At General Accident Insurance, I soft-launched Quote & Buy digital insurance features for Genac Jamaica and Autosmart and partnered with IT to migrate core applications to AWS. Previously at Realdecoy, I delivered full-SDLC e-commerce and site-search solutions and architected Oracle Commerce, Endeca, and Hybris integrations for organizations including American Express, Sunwing, Leroy Merlin, London Buses, and Harvard Business Review.

Across more than 20 years, I've brought together business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, solutions architecture, and project delivery to move enterprise and public-sector digital initiatives forward.
