At NTT DATA, I lead solution advisory, enterprise architecture, and technical governance for SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud transformations. I define target architectures, regional templates, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
I created and productized SAP offerings including Advanced Financial Closing, SAP Profitability and Performance Management, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Transportation Management. This work spans solution design, business cases, go-to-market, delivery methods, and implementation.
I advise C-level executives on enterprise transformation strategy and architecture decisions. For a global automotive client, I developed a five-year technology roadmap combining legacy modernization, infrastructure optimization, SaaS quick wins, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Across my SAP career, I’ve led complex transformation programs and major migrations. Selected work includes a multi-country Stellantis (Peugeot) implementation and a large S/4HANA transformation for Alicorp Perú, hired via IBM, where I governed a program involving 300+ FTEs.
