What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can apply research and counseling skills—using evidence-based methods, ethical confidentiality, and clear documentation—to support people, strengthen community well-being, and contribute to impactful programs.

I’m an entry-level research assistant working with Daniel’s Program Research Team at Liberty University, using archival data to explore the relationship between intercultural competence, human flourishing, and social connectedness. I write literature reviews that synthesize prior research and identify gaps, then statistically analyze archival data using multivariate analysis of variance to support hypotheses.

Alongside research, I build community through roles as a Residential Assistant and Community Group Leader, prioritizing empathetic communication, professionalism, and timely documentation to support student safety and well-being. I bring evidence-based reasoning and ethical, confidential care into crisis mediation, mentoring, and group facilitation, while presenting results in conference settings to promote multicultural learning.
