What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support youth mental health and wellness using evidence-based tools, contribute to research, and help deliver structured programming with strong mentorship and community impact.

I’m a Psychology undergraduate with hands-on experience supporting youth and students through mental health and wellness programming. I currently work as a Research Assistant in the Temple University Social and Emotional Adjustment Lab, building a strong foundation in evidence-informed, people-centered research.

In my Resiliency Resource Center Intern role, I facilitated weekly mental health workshops that promoted resiliency, stress management, and wellness strategies for Temple students. I guided peers to evidence-based tools and resources such as Headspace, biofeedback, and therapeutic art, helping make support more accessible.

At DREAM Charter School, I served as a School & Summer Youth Worker, leading a group of 18–20 scholars while coordinating activities and providing individualized support and mentorship. I also contributed as a “Teen Make Health Happen” Mentor/Intern with HealthCorps by delivering health literacy outreaches and strengthening relationships across multiple sites to ensure effective curriculum delivery.

Alongside program support, I’ve built a customer-service and safety-first mindset as a Facility Monitor, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and facility regulations while assisting patrons with equipment check-out and inquiries. I’m energized by leadership and service through roles like President of the Executive Board for a student organization and my ongoing commitment to youth engagement and education.
