What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI-powered products where I can lead discovery, define measurable AI quality, automate meaningful workflows, and take products from research through launch and growth.

I founded RenTrack, taking it from user research and persona development to a live freemium SaaS product that achieved 100% month-one retention. I reduced landlord manual effort by approximately 40% through WhatsApp escalation reminders built around critical user pain points.

I also developed autonomous AI agents and multi-step LLM workflows in n8n to automate operational work. My AI product work includes LLM evaluation frameworks, golden test sets, LLM-as-a-judge scoring, AI-feature PRDs, prompt architecture, guardrails, HITL, and recovery flows.

At WiseTech Global, I reduced critical production bugs by approximately 60%, shortened regression fix-time by approximately 40% per sprint, and increased developer throughput by approximately 25% through GitHub Copilot adoption. I partnered with PMs, QA, and stakeholders on RICE prioritization, sprint planning, and technical improvements including a Spring Boot migration.
