What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead an organisation's AI function end to end, owning strategy, architecture, cloud estate, and engineering teams while building governed, measurable AI at greater scale across a broader problem set.

At PLS Solicitors, I established the Generative AI function from zero to production, building ten Azure-based microservices for document intelligence, agentic retrieval, workflow automation, LLM governance, and ML forecasting. I lead the AI and Web Development teams while owning AI strategy, architecture, cloud cost governance, security, and delivery standards.

Previously, I delivered conversational AI for New India Assurance across web and WhatsApp for approximately 3.9 million users, and led multilingual chatbot programmes for government bodies, MPSEDC, and Unilever. I build practical AI that holds up under operational constraints including cost, rate limits, auditability, and regulatory scrutiny.
