What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Senior Customer Success Technical Advisor or Technical Account Manager role where I can apply my security expertise and people-first approach.

At Trend AI (formerly Trend Micro), I advise strategic enterprise accounts on security issues, product roadmaps, and adoption. I create customer success plans and deliver executive-facing business reviews.

I also translate customer pain points into product feedback for product managers and engineering teams, and support audit remediation across customer environments. I govern partner-delivered MXDR/SOC services to help maintain service quality and SLA adherence.

Previously, at Atos, I managed security device operations and supported endpoint management for approximately 1,000 endpoints. Across my security roles, I’ve worked on SIEM implementations, firewall and network security, vulnerability remediation, and Python automation.
