What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities as a Lead Full Stack Engineer, where I can apply my experience in full-stack development, cloud architecture, AI-powered solutions, and DevOps to deliver scalable software products.

At Programmers.io India Pvt. Ltd., I built a role-aware AI assistant for an enterprise timesheet and project-management platform. It uses RAG and tool calling to answer questions with role-specific guidance and directs users to support when it can’t find an authorized, relevant answer.

I also built a Python and LangChain RAG pipeline that runs with Ollama or OpenAI models. For an autonomous guide auditor, I designed an agent that checks role-accessible pages against in-app guides, then updates the guide database after human approval.

At Telomere Global Solutions Private Limited, I led and mentored a six-member team delivering enterprise applications, with CI/CD and automated quality gates supporting faster release cycles. I also designed multi-tenant SaaS applications and AWS serverless, event-driven architectures.

Earlier, at A3 Logics India Private Ltd., I worked on healthcare applications, data pipelines, and engineering teams; at ENVIS, ICAR – Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI), I developed internal web applications including a research abstract repository and library management system. My projects include an AI-powered lead management CRM that reduced manual operations by 75% and an OCR and RAG document intelligence application.
