At Vegasega Solutions, I deliver Workday AMS Level 2 support for Core HCM, Business Process, and Recruiting configurations across client tenants, under the guidance of senior consultants. I resolve production incidents and service requests, and support UAT and post-production activities.
I configure and support Hire, Job Change, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination business processes. I also execute inbound EIB data loads and validate data before deployment.
Previously, at Xonier Technologies Pvt Ltd, I applied Workday Recruiting expertise to map talent acquisition workflows, configure onboarding task assignments, and validate candidate pipeline data. I also supported improvements to new-hire integration workflows and data handoffs from Recruiting to Core HCM.
