What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, customer experience, communications, or sustainability-focused role where I can improve service delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to meaningful community or business outcomes.

At Instashop in Dubai, I manage end-to-end merchant support across fulfillment and post-order stages, monitoring quality, accuracy, response time, and resolution outcomes while coordinating with riders and internal teams.

Previously, I led enrollment, student support, compliance, and operations at The Holistic Academy, and managed communications, digital engagement, sustainability projects, and educational initiatives at Sri Aurobindo Society. I’ve also launched eco-conscious ventures, supported premium customisation operations at Hidesign, and conducted research on sustainable finance, trade policy, and sustainable food systems.
