What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead production or operations work where I can improve workflow, maintain quality and regulatory compliance, train teams, and deliver products efficiently.

I lead production activities at Heartland Sweeteners in Indianapolis, planning workflows from customer job orders through timely delivery while maintaining product quality and customer specifications.

I coordinate production plans, monitor inventory and operating conditions, maintain FDA-required daily records, and develop cost-effective solutions that support productivity. I also investigate production issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

My background combines manufacturing leadership with quality control, import logistics, and scientific research. At Choice Agrochemicals, I led importation procedures, documentation, logistics, and personnel training; at Sumal Foods, I inspected materials and finished goods against production standards.

I hold an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan, where I conducted and presented research on chronic kidney disease. I have also supported research publication, data analysis, laboratory activities, and chemistry education.
