Designed export sales schemes covering logistics flow, documentation, and delivery coordination with overseas partners, and ensured compliance with country-specific export regulations. Led quality control processes with overseas manufacturers and managed customer claims (refunds, returns, replacements) while providing English–Japanese translation for business meetings and shipping documents.

Managed export/import trade operations, including invoice/profit-loss handling, forwarder communication, and delivery scheduling to customer warehouses. Developed an overseas distributor network from zero and grew annual sales from JPY 500,000 to JPY 16 million, while coordinating quality feedback with overseas manufacturers and providing English–Japanese translation for contracts and product mate

Managed overseas production and delivery operations for McDonald’s Happy Meal premiums, handling scheduling from design through delivery. Led daily coordination with design and production teams in Hong Kong and China, supported cost negotiation, and arranged delivery coordination with European and American offices.

Handled all foreign-customer sales and managed ordering of accessories and raw materials, including test results and certificates. Improved quality control by introducing in-line inspection, reducing chair defects to 0%, and partnered with Australian and Finland furniture brands to increase exporting furniture sales by 200% year-over-year.

Sourced and introduced foreign factories to clients and managed factory quality control and production scheduling. Conducted factory visits in Vietnam and the Philippines for quality control and craftsmanship education, reducing defective items and delivery delays, while also supporting inventory control and international/domestic coordination across stakeholders.
