I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end operations, lead and develop teams, and improve guest/customer satisfaction through KPI-driven process improvements, strong vendor relationships, and strict compliance—while growing business through retention and service excellence.

I’m a results-driven Tourism and Hospitality Management professional with 10+ years of progressive experience spanning tour operations, immigration consulting, and customer service leadership. I focus on end-to-end travel operations—international and domestic—so services run smoothly and guests feel truly taken care of.

In my current role as a Manager – International and Domestic Tours, I spearhead seamless service delivery and implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve operational efficiency and satisfaction. I also lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff training, and I resolve escalated guest complaints and staff conflicts to protect client retention and maintain a positive work environment.
