At Togedr, I prioritized 50+ backlog items into event listing, RSVP, and UPI payment flows, launching in 30 days and driving INR 100K GMV with 500+ active users. I also built partner analytics for 20+ partners, reduced manual reporting by 70%, and secured INR 3L in infrastructure credits and strategic advisory support after presenting the roadmap to Razorpay.

At Gyandeep, I used insights from 300+ parent interviews to drive 100 paid enrollments, INR 12L+ annualized revenue, and 33% funnel conversion in 10 weeks. More recently, I built TipprIQ, an AI-native sports analysis MVP using Claude API and Supabase, with product scoping grounded in LLM latency, hallucination, and context-window constraints.
