I research profile-building opportunities, track milestones, resolve client queries, and coordinate deliverables across Research, Content, Media, Legal, and Operations teams.

Previously at Mango Insurance, I supported 90+ Canadian trucking clients by managing policy updates in Salesforce, issuing insurance documents, coordinating with insurers, and resolving queries through phone, email, and Zoom.

During my Customer Success internship at Exly, I onboarded and supported creators across wellness, finance, and medicine, helping increase client revenue by 13–17% through tailored strategies and SaaS-enabled operations.

I also use Excel, MySQL, and Tableau to turn data into business insights. My hospitality and government open-data projects included dashboard development, trend analysis, and recommendations for revenue growth and improved data accuracy.
