What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Technical Support Representative role at NightOwl Consulting where I can investigate user-reported issues methodically, explain steps clearly, document findings, and learn the team's tools and procedures.

I built the IT Support Portfolio & HelpDesk Lab as a self-directed project, with a simulated ticket workflow and an incident-note builder. I also created troubleshooting guides for connectivity, account sign-in, web-app behavior, and pending-payment scenarios.

Through the lab, I practiced capturing symptoms, recording troubleshooting steps and outcomes, and identifying when an issue needs escalation. I tested user flows and documented unexpected results in my SupportDesk and TaskFlow demos.

I'm currently studying Software Engineering at FINRA University, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I'm seeking an entry-level Technical Support Representative role at NightOwl Consulting where I can investigate reported issues, explain steps clearly, document findings, and learn the team's tools and procedures.
