I am a support specialist with over three years' experience resolving technical issues, improving service quality, and optimizing user experience across payments, POS hardware, servers, and restaurant networks. At NCR Voyix I work on payment terminal software, version management, payment gateway integrations, security protocols and tokenization, hardware testing, and server and network maintenance. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Analyst at DDC MLS, I evaluated performance, trained staff, managed customer complaints, tracked KPIs, and created service quality reports that drove improvements.

I hold training in Python and AI development and certifications in Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL. I build practical tools—web scrapers, user-tracking web apps, and student data entry systems—demonstrating a hands-on approach to automation and product support.
