What I'm looking for

I’m looking for Operations or Business Operations roles in Kochi or remote, where I can own end-to-end delivery, coordinate clients day-to-day, and build AI-assisted business applications that actually ship and improve.

I’m an MBA graduate who builds real business software using AI tools—without a traditional coding background. Since 2022, I’ve been an early AI adopter, independently shipping live systems like a POS for retail billing, a pharma distribution tracker, and financial reporting for bank loan use cases.

In my current role, I’m a Business Operations & Systems Associate at Eflybe, where I own the full project cycle: gathering client requirements, building AI-assisted solutions, and driving post-delivery feedback and updates. I also act as a primary point of contact for operational issues, feature requests, and day-to-day coordination—balancing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
