At Venture7 Technology Pvt Ltd, I lead Agile delivery for Healthcare and eLearning products as a Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead. I coordinate sprint execution, release planning, and cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
On STATEWISE, a healthcare workforce management platform, I facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coordinate release readiness, defect triage, and production preparation. I also manage delivery risks and dependencies to keep business goals aligned with technical execution.
I’ve supported delivery for workforce development and enterprise learning platforms, including SKILLDIRECTOR and TRIAD & AURORA TRAINING. Across these products, I’ve coordinated stakeholder communication, sprint tracking, UAT, and release planning.
I progressed from QA Engineer and QA Lead into project and Agile delivery roles. I hold a Certified ScrumMaster® certification and have coordinated 25+ production releases while working with US clients and distributed teams.
