What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can coach Agile teams, improve delivery quality, drive end-to-end project delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders for measurable product outcomes.

I am a Certified Scrum Master and Project Manager with 13 years in IT and 7 years specifically implementing Scrum and SAFe Agile frameworks across distributed teams. I focus on product delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction while mitigating risk.

I have led Scrum ceremonies, coached teams to self-organization, and guided cross-functional teams to deliver within scope and timeline using Azure DevOps, JIRA and CI/CD practices. I pair hands-on QA experience with Scrum facilitation to improve productivity and product quality.
