What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a challenging HR Generalist or HR Operations role where I can contribute to policy implementation, employee engagement, and people process excellence.

At 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt Ltd, I manage HR operations across multiple branches, including employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, compliance documentation, and KEKA HRMS requests. I also prepare monthly MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, attendance, and joiner and exit data.
