I’m a Legal Intern with hands-on experience across the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and a corporate in-house legal team. I’ve supported senior counsel by drafting pleadings and affidavits, preparing case files, and conducting targeted legal research in constitutional and civil matters.
My work strengthens both strategy and accuracy—whether I’m assisting with Writ Petitions and Special Leave Petitions, or contributing to litigation strategy and court attendance. I’ve also built practical courtroom procedure familiarity across the Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts.
Alongside litigation exposure, I’ve developed strong transactional capability through property due diligence, including examination of title documents, revenue records, and encumbrance details. I’ve vetted Lease Deeds and Leave & License agreements for statutory compliance, identified legal defects and risks, and drafted formal notices and legal correspondence.
I’m particularly driven by Intellectual Property, especially trademarks. I’ve conducted trademark searches, analyzed examination reports, supported IP procedure and filings such as TM-1, and even published peer-reviewed research on trademark dilution in the global market—covering comparative frameworks and digital threats including NFTs, the metaverse, and e-commerce contexts.
