At Pick Property Management LLC, I provide administrative support for two residential properties, manage financial workflows, and use Buildium for rent collection, tenant accounts, maintenance requests, and payroll documentation. I also respond to tenant and applicant inquiries and coordinate showings, vendors, and maintenance expenses.
At The Loft, I process purchases, returns, and exchanges, assist customers with product selection, and support daily store operations. Previously, at SLG photography, I coordinated bookings and schedules and maintained client records and communications.
