Aimable Iradukunda

I’m an IT Administrator at BPR Bank Rwanda, coordinating IT service operations and incident resolution to support internal system reliability and infrastructure management. I focus on monitoring service performance and ensuring SLA compliance while keeping processes analytical and efficient.

Previously, I worked as a Graduate Trainee with rotational exposure to the bank’s departments. This helped me build strong grounding in IT operations and banking systems, and I supported system documentation and reporting.

Earlier, I was an IT Support professional at Scholar Logistics Ltd, where I performed proactive hardware and software system checks and implemented structured data backup procedures. I resolved end-user issues across desktops, laptops, and printers, reducing downtime through preventive troubleshooting.

I bring a strong data science foundation, including a completed Data Science fellowship at Blossom Academy and edX certifications in computer vision and deep learning with Keras. I’m analytical, proactive, and process-oriented, and I’m driven by improving data-driven insights and operational efficiency in a tech environment.
