At Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), I supported network and system maintenance, managed user accounts and access control, and contributed to business analysis work to identify process inefficiencies and improve workflows.
In my MSc coursework, I built MongoDB aggregation pipelines for real-time tracking and analytical queries, and designed indexing and partitioning strategies for query performance and reporting. I also designed MySQL-backed employee management and relational university database systems, and I'm currently building further skills in data science.
