I’m looking to lead Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP architecture and integrations—translating business outcomes into scalable designs, strengthening reliability, and setting modern DevOps/ALM practices so teams deliver with confidence and speed.

I’m a Dynamics 365 professional with 12+ years of hands-on experience spanning development, technical leadership, and solution architecture. I specialize in designing and delivering scalable CRM and ERP solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance using Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.

As a primary technical authority on enterprise engagements, I translate complex business requirements into architecture blueprints and lead decisions from initial scoping through delivery. I’ve stabilized legacy systems, modernized integrations, and enabled teams to adopt new Microsoft capabilities with confidence.
