I’m looking to architect large-scale Dynamics 365 CE/BC/F&O and Power Platform solutions—prioritizing secure, scalable, compliant Microsoft Cloud delivery, strong ALM/DevOps practices, and smooth execution from architecture to production.

I’m a strategic, hands-on Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with 12+ years architecting enterprise-grade CRM and ERP ecosystems across the U.S. market. I’m known as a “Triple Threat” expert across Customer Engagement (CE), Business Central (BC), and Finance & Operations (F&O).

I lead end-to-end technical strategy for multi-workload deployments, especially greenfield implementations, complex legacy migrations, and system rescues. I bridge executive vision and engineering execution—translating architecture into delivery through secure, compliant Microsoft Cloud solutions.

In my recent work, I engineered data synchronization between CRM and ERP using Dual Write and Azure Service Bus to reduce latency. I also drove Copilot Studio and AI Builder adoption to automate customer service workflows and enhance predictive insights, while standardizing ALM with automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Earlier roles strengthened my delivery depth: I built sophisticated BC AL extensions and F&O X++ customizations that preserved core business logic through upgrades. I also delivered D365 integrations with REST API wrappers and Logic Apps, implemented modern data migrations using DMF and ETL scripts, and supported Tier 3 escalations to resolve performance and integration failures.
