What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead cloud-native backend teams, modernize legacy systems, and build reliable microservices with strong observability, performance engineering, and collaborative agile delivery.

I’m a Senior Backend Engineer with 8 years of expertise in designing and scaling high-performance, cloud-native architectures. I focus on orchestrating microservices and building resilient backend services that stay fast under real-world load.

In my current role, I’ve led monolith-to-microservices refactoring, deploying optimized GCP Cloud Run services to improve scalability and resource efficiency. I also built secure centralized authentication and authorization with role-based and relationship-based access control (RBAC/ReBAC), API key management, and secure endpoint validation.

I’m deeply performance-driven: I integrate OpenTelemetry, Sentry, and profiling to pinpoint bottlenecks, then refactor slow queries and tune Redis caching to sustain a 99.9% uptime baseline. I’ve also engineered MongoDB TimeSeries designs to store and compress massive data volumes while improving query performance.

Previously as a Principal Software Engineer, I migrated REST APIs from AWS Serverless Lambdas into dockerized Express.js containers and managed container infrastructure with AWS ECS/Fargate and related services. Earlier, as a Service Lead, I directed engineering and production stability for core configuration services and designed low-level networking microservices, high-frequency pub/sub notifications, and multi-protocol transport systems.
