Designed an 18-test smoke gate in GitLab CI/CD that blocks the pipeline on first failure, making critical failures visible in 2 minutes instead of after the full 8h regression run. Automated 100% of priority-one user journeys with a layered Robot Framework and Playwright suite.

Built the Local AI QA Automation Agent, a four-layer system that turns plain-English test scenarios into executed Playwright actions with no per-scenario test code. Self-hosted the stack offline with zero API cost and no third-party model provider.

Owned end-to-end quality validation for a RAG pipeline and fine-tuned Qwen 2.5 7B model, verifying 94.2% retrieval similarity and 1.5s latency against defined acceptance criteria. Built integration and performance test suites for a Flutter and FastAPI application, holding 99.7% uptime and 95% user satisfaction.

Reached 85% defect-classification accuracy across Android crashes, ANRs, tombstones and Java exceptions by building an ML triage system with NLP, clustering and similarity algorithms. Cut manual bug-tracking and triage time by 60% by automating defect lifecycle management through the Jira API.

Defined system requirements, acceptance criteria and UAT test cases for a client-facing platform, running cross-functional workshops that aligned QA scope with development across 2 delivery sprints. Produced a requirements-to-tests traceability matrix covering every critical user journey before UAT sign-off.
