I’m eager to contribute my technical expertise in enterprise monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and incident resolution to a forward-thinking organization.

At The Pampered Chef, I design and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions and build Dynatrace metric events and AWS alerting workflows to detect incidents proactively. I also lead Root Cause Analysis meetings and optimize incident correlation.

Previously, I contributed to a datacenter-to-cloud migration at Ymagis / Éclair, configuring networks and virtual machines with vCloud Director and automating infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet. I also implemented Prometheus and Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring.
