What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my enterprise support, ITSM, Linux, integration, and root-cause-analysis experience to solve complex technical problems and improve reliable customer-facing services.

At OTRS AG, part of the EasyVista Group, I serve as the central technical contact for global enterprise customers. I resolve incidents, manage service requests, and coordinate escalations with Level-2 support.

I investigate complex system issues through log analysis and root cause analysis, while supporting Linux systems, MySQL databases, enterprise infrastructure, and REST and SOAP integrations. I also create FAQ content and maintain knowledge bases around OTRS products and services.

My earlier IT support and development work spans NGK Europe, arago Consulting, Roast Market, Siemens Healthineers, Glory Global Solutions, and Goethe University Frankfurt. I bring hands-on experience with Python, PHP, JavaScript, cybersecurity, virtual environments, and data-driven problem-solving in German, English, and Arabic.
