At Nozom Group, I provide daily technical support to employees and users, troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues, and maintain IT systems and devices. I also manage user accounts and permissions, support endpoint protection and data backup policies, and document solutions and procedures.
Previously, I designed and developed shooting range software for Saudi Electronic Target Systems (SETS) using VB.NET and Visual Studio, implemented RS-232/RS-485 communications, and developed MySQL databases with reporting capabilities. My earlier roles at Alf Noon Modern Kitchens and Nozom Group included helpdesk support, system maintenance, and data backups.
