I am a postgraduate Bioinformatics student with a foundation in Biochemistry and hands-on laboratory experience. I combine wet-lab techniques such as column chromatography and Western blotting with programming skills in Python, R, and Perl to solve biological problems.

I have worked on applied projects including a protein-based paper biosensor for gas detection, where I developed a low-cost, reproducible assembly and validation workflow and demonstrated signal readout through voltage variation analysis. This project highlights my focus on sensor analytics and environmental and healthcare monitoring use cases.

I have academic training in Computational & Systems Biology and Bioinformatics (M.Sc., expected 2026) and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry. I augment my degree with practical coursework and certifications in Hadoop and data analysis, and I am experienced with basic QSAR exposure and introductory drug target identification.
