What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute practical, structured HR partnering across workforce planning, talent, organisational effectiveness, and transformation in a complex, regulated environment.

I've supported Maybank's Human Capital Director and senior leaders across Group Strategy & Innovation, Group Technology, Group Compliance, and Group Risk, turning business requirements into practical people solutions.

Across workforce planning, hiring, talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles, compensation, and employee relations, I've helped strengthen workforce capability, organisational efficiency, and engagement in a large regulated environment.

I've also driven organisational design and restructuring work, supported change management, and coordinated mobility and regulatory processes while applying Group-wide standards consistently.

Earlier at Maybank, I monitored transactions under AMLATFUA requirements, assessed suspicious activity, and supported enhanced due diligence and reporting to Bank Negara Malaysia.
