Across my roles at IIFL Finance Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd, I handle customer relationships while supporting loan products such as gold loans, SME loans, and retail assets including agricultural loans. I work with term loans and working capital solutions, and I manage CC/OD requirements with a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness.
