At JPMorgan Chase, I lead delivery for enterprise conversational AI serving 50M+ customers, including a 0→1 migration from legacy NLU to LLM, SLM, and agentic AI architecture. I design hybrid AI decisioning and multi-agent workflows for Chase Digital Assistant, Chase Travel Bot, and Universal Entry Point.
I've built LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation pipelines with human-in-the-loop blind testing, inter-annotator agreement validation, and recall analysis. I use production conversations, guardrails, SQL, A/B testing, and phased rollouts to maintain 90% intent F1 accuracy and prioritize roadmap decisions.
Previously, I delivered conversational AI solutions at Deloitte, Amelia, and Skit.ai, spanning customer journeys, intent recognition, multilingual models, voice interfaces, NLU, ASR, and TTS.
