I am a Security+ and Network+ certified SOC-focused cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience in security monitoring, incident triage, and system-level troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments.

My background includes practical work in SOC workflows, alert investigation, log analysis, and mapping activity to MITRE ATT&CK, supported by real-world labs such as Hack The Box, PortSwigger, and OverTheWire.

In technical support roles I improved uptime, reduced repeat incidents, and rebuilt client trust by owning issues end-to-end, performing root cause analysis, and applying system hardening and endpoint controls.
